Who we are
This website is operated by Shoppable Feeds, a business based in Miami, Florida, United States, referred to as "we" in this policy. Questions about it go to info@shoppablefeeds.com.
What we collect, and why
When you sign up for the case study or the waitlist
The sign-up form on this site is provided by Notion. What you type into it, such as your name, work email, store address and your answers, is stored in our Notion workspace. We use it to contact you about the case study, early access, and the launch of the Shopify app, and to send you our newsletter about Shoppable Feeds. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the newsletter without affecting your place on the case study or waitlist. We do not sell your details.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address and standard request details (browser, pages requested, time) to serve the pages, and keeps short-lived logs for security and reliability.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads. These collect aggregate, anonymised data such as page views, referrers, country, device type and performance timings. They do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites.
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Stored in your browser
If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device. The site sets no cookies of its own today.
Advertising measurement (planned)
We plan to run ads for Shoppable Feeds and to measure them with the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag. When those are added to the site, they will set cookies and send Meta and Google information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and whether you signed up, which those companies may link to your account with them. Before they go live we will add a cookie notice to the site that lets you accept or decline them, and we will update this policy. You can also opt out through your Meta ad settings, your Google ad settings, and your browser's cookie controls.
Who else handles the data
- Notion Labs, Inc.: hosts the sign-up form and stores submissions.
- Vercel Inc.: hosts the site, provides analytics and performance measurement.
- Google LLC: serves the fonts, and will run the Google Ads tag once advertising starts.
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: will run the Meta Pixel once advertising starts.
- Our email service provider: sends the newsletter and holds the mailing list.
Each processes data under its own privacy policy and, where required, data-processing terms with us.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details for as long as we are in touch with you about Shoppable Feeds, which may be beyond the launch, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is held in aggregate form only.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@shoppablefeeds.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising today, and will update this policy before any advertising pixel goes live.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced on the site.
